Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has vowed strong retaliation against Iran following what he called a targeted missile strike aimed at Israeli civilians.

On Thursday, Netanyahu took to his official X account to denounce the Iranian regime for hitting populated areas. He highlighted a direct strike near Soroka Hospital in Be’er Sheva and attacks on other central cities in Israel.

“We will exact the full price from the tyrants in Tehran,” Netanyahu declared, labeling Iran’s leaders as “terrorist tyrants” responsible for the growing tensions.

According to the Israeli Defense Forces, Iran launched dozens of missiles and drones overnight. While some were intercepted, several managed to cause injuries and property damage. This assault represents one of the most intense direct attacks by Iran on Israeli soil in recent times.

Netanyahu’s remarks suggest the conflict may intensify, with Israel weighing its next military actions. Although no counterstrike has been officially announced, Israeli government insiders report that military and intelligence units are actively evaluating strategic targets.

Meanwhile, global leaders continue urging both sides to exercise restraint, even as the conflict edges toward further escalation.
