This morning, opposition leaders joined the mandamano, DAP-K party leader Eugene Wamalwa and Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka as politicians and patriots.
They began their journey with a heartfelt prayer at Holy Family Basilica, lifting the souls of the fallen Gen Zs and asking for healing and justice for a wounded nation.

From there, they marched to the Parliament Buildings, defying all fear and intimidation. There, they laid flowers in memory of the brave young Kenyans who paid the ultimate price for daring to speak truth to power.
With determination in their steps, the two leaders continued through Kenyatta Avenue, heading toward State House, and eventually stopped near Serena Hotel, where they were received by families of the Gen Zs who were killed last year, alongside other victims of police brutality.
In an emotional address, they expressed deep sympathy, solidarity, and a renewed commitment to stand with the people in the fight against injustice and impunity.
