As the adage goes, tit for tat is a fair game. After using his law firm to promote fraud by concealing fraud by a foreigner, City Lawyer Conrad Maloba lost millions to his buddy.
Nazir Bhaduralli Nurmohammad, a fake advocate the Controversial Conrad Maloba represented in court, stole the money. According to our investigations, corrupt Jinnah who had earlier been employed as a manager at the Conrad Law Advocate LLP defrauded the said funds in the said Law Firm and vanished with them to the United Kingdom.
Ironically, even as Lawyer Maloba and his co-accomplice in crime Mr.Nick Ndeda continue to accuse Jinnah in connection to the said theft, they are themselves Fraudsters who had been accused in previous incident. For instance, a court case exposed their previous deeds.
Nazir Bhaduralli Nurmohammad Jinnah, a controversial figure with a history of legal impersonation and financial misconduct, is once again at the center of a high-profile scandal.
This time, Jinnah, who was employed as the manager and head of business development at Conrad Law Advocates LLP, stands accused of embezzling Sh113 million from the Nairobi-based law firm before fleeing to the United Kingdom to evade justice.
The funny part of the scandal is that Maloba knowingly defended Jinnah in court on the ground that he was not a fake advocate until the court proved him wrong by a conviction. The two alongside Nick Ndeda are big buddies.
At Maloba’s Scandalous Law Firm, Jinna was given responsibilities like payroll administration, human resource management, petty cash administration, and payment of office bills. Trusted with significant financial oversight, Jinnah was even made a signatory to the firm’s bank accounts.
However, in late 2024, Maloba discovered that Jinnah had allegedly siphoned Sh113 million from the firm’s accounts without authorization.
Maloba and Mr.Nick Ndeda have since reported the matter to the police at Kileleshwa but Jinnah has already fled to the UK
