Vivian Kisoso
Vivian Kisoso, a woman employed at the Kenyatta International Airport, is facing the accusation of stealing a motor vehicle linked to her estranged lover.
Previously, he made efforts to have the case dropped after the DPP approved the charges and directed that she take a plea.
She is facing the said charges before Kibera Residents Magistrate William Tulel, where she has denied the charges.
According to the police report filed before the court and which is in our possession, detectives from Kilimanj police station received the complaint from the complainant’s alleged former lover that she stole his vehicle contrary to the law.

They did their investigations and arrested her in June while she was going on with her daily routine in Upper Hill, Nairobi County.
This was after they allegedly received some tip-off about her whereabouts.
She was asked to hand over the license, but she failed to do so, hence confirming to the detectives that she was not the rightful owner of the vehicle.
In court, Kisoso, through her advocate, said that the complainant was malicious and he had handed her the car.
She urged the court to release her on bond on the ground that she was not a flight risk and she was a law-abiding citizen.
The Magistrate released her on bond
