President William Ruto and ODM leader Raila Odinga have appointed renowned columnist and social media analyst Gabriel Oguda to a five-member team that will supervise the rollout of the National Dialogue Committee (NADCO) report.
In a joint statement issued on Wednesday, August 6, President Ruto confirmed that Oguda and four other appointees will oversee the execution of the 10 Point Agenda agreed upon by the two leaders during the bipartisan talks.
“Today, 6th August 2025, the Principals announce the formation of a five-member committee tasked with overseeing the implementation of the 10 Point Agenda,” the statement read in part.
